On October 17, 2010, Archbishop John Nienstedt announced the a Strategic Plan for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis that included merging the parishes of Saint John the Baptist in Hugo and Saint Genevieve in Centerville.  Since that announcement there have been a number of publications issued to keep you up to date and informed about the merger.  Those documents can be found in the Merger Information section of this website.
